1. Booking Cancellations
- Users can cancel their yoga class bookings directly through the Yogipur app before the session starts.
- Cancellation requests made within the allowed cancellation window (as specified during booking) will be eligible for a refund.
- If a session is canceled by the instructor or due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.
2. Refund Policy
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are processed based on the cancellation timing:
- Full Refund: If canceled within the allowed cancellation period.
- Partial Refund or No Refund: If canceled outside the allowed period or in case of a no-show.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the booking.
3. Processing Time for Refunds
- Refunds are processed through Razorpay and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
- Any delay beyond this is subject to the processing time of your bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- No refunds will be issued for:
- No-show for a booked class.
- Last-minute cancellations beyond the allowed cancellation period.
- Violation of Yogipur's Terms & Conditions.
5. Razorpay Payment Processing
- All payments and refunds are processed securely via Razorpay.
- Yogipur is not responsible for any additional transaction fees, bank charges, or delays caused by Razorpay or your payment provider.
